Тайванська TCC Group стане стратегічним інвестором ІФЦЕМ

Спираючись на десятиліття успішного промислового розвитку та лідерські позиції ПрАТ «Івано-Франківськцемент» («ІФЦЕМ» або «Група») на українському ринку, акціонери ІФЦЕМ розпочинають новий етап розвитку компанії із залученням Taiwan Cement Corporation («TCC») — одного з найбільших світових виробників цементу — як стратегічного інвестора.

Партнерство поєднає лідерські позиції ІФЦЕМ на українському ринку, його сучасні виробничі потужності, багаторічні промислові традиції та сильну команду, а також глобальний досвід, технології та інвестиційні можливості TCC. Воно створює основу для подальшого розвитку Групи та її активної участі у масштабній відбудові України й поглибленні економічної інтеграції з Європою.

Швейцарська компанія CemInWest S.A., мажоритарний акціонер ПрАТ «Івано-Франківськцемент», спільно з власниками пов’язаних компаній ТзОВ «Івано-Франківськдах», ТзОВ «Кругіпс» та ТзОВ «Крумікс» мають намір здійснити угоду з TCC Group EMEA Holdings B.V. (Нідерланди) — дочірньою компанією TCC Group Holdings Co., Ltd., глобальної промислової групи з Тайваню.

Завершення угоди залежить від отримання необхідних дозволів у сфері антимонопольного законодавства та інших регуляторних погоджень у відповідних юрисдикціях, а також виконання стандартних умов закриття.

Нове партнерство має посилити можливості ІФЦЕМ для забезпечення майбутніх потреб України у відбудові та розвитку інфраструктури, впровадження сучасних технологій та екологічних стандартів і подальшого розвитку Групи як одного з провідних виробників будівельних матеріалів у Центральній Європі.

Taiwanese TCC Group to Become a Strategic Investor in IFCEM

Following decades of successful industrial development and building on the leading market position of PJSC Ivano-Frankivskcement (“IFCEM” or the “Group”) in Ukraine, IFCEM’s shareholders are opening a new chapter by bringing in Taiwan Cement Corporation (“TCC”) — one of the world’s largest cement producers — as a strategic investor.

The partnership will combine IFCEM’s leading position in the Ukrainian market, its modern production facilities, long-standing industrial traditions and strong team, as well as TCC’s global experience, technologies and investment capabilities. It will provide a foundation for the Group’s further development and its active participation in Ukraine’s large-scale reconstruction and deeper economic integration with Europe.

Swiss company CemInWest S.A., the majority shareholder of PJSC Ivano-Frankivskcement, together with the owners of the related companies Ivano-Frankivskdakh LLC, Krugips LLC and Krumix LLC, intend to enter into a transaction with TCC Group EMEA Holdings B.V. (the Netherlands), a subsidiary of TCC Group Holdings Co., Ltd., a global industrial group from Taiwan.

Completion of the transaction is subject to the receipt of required antitrust and other regulatory approvals in the relevant jurisdictions, as well as customary closing conditions.

The new partnership is expected to strengthen IFCEM’s ability to meet Ukraine’s future needs for reconstruction and infrastructure development, introduce modern technologies and environmental standards, and further develop the Group as one of the leading building materials producers in Central Europe.
