28th of June 2008 new ecologically clean Cement Plant was started-up.  This is energy saving plant with capacity of 1 200 000 tons per year. In that way a breakthrough in cement industry of Ukraine was made.

New Cement producing plant is high technique object, staffed with equipment and process lines of leading companies of Denmark, Germany and Austria. Cement making process is controlled by analytic equipment of the last generation. This is the most modern plant in Ukraine, and the technology which is used (so called "dry process"), is energy saving and highly productive. It should be mentioned that in Europe cement is produced exceptionally by "dry process".

Control of cement quality is provided in certified plant laboratory. After the start-up of new plant the laboratory was renewed by 95%.  Up-to-date laboratory computer equipment allows complex controlling of raw material, raw mix, half-finished product (clinker) and cement quality. All types and marks of cement  produced by "Ivano-Feankivskcement" are certified in leading laboratories of Russia ("Институт строительных материалов и конструкций ОС "Железобетон", Moscow), Hungary ("EMI", Budapest), Poland ("Instytut techniki budowlanej",  Warsaw) and Belorussia ("Белорусский государственный институт метрологии", Minsk), that gives us a possibility to deliver it to all European Community and CIS countries.
